Cleaning Basics

• dust surfaces, edges, corners
• vacuum all floors, edges
• wash all floors, baseboards
• wipe down switches, door knobs
• clean appliances
• wash bathroom counters, tub, shower
• wash walls and vents, ceiling fans, lights
• wash throw rugs
• clean washer and dryer
• launder all bedding

Deep Cleaning

• clean under all appliances
• dust the top of doors
• wash doors (not just handles!)
• wash windows
• wipe, vacuum lampshades
• clean and reorganize cupboards
